A 6 week journey that will guide you through practises that promote relaxation, healing and well being.
We will cover the fundamentals such as:
- Meditation and Breathing techniques to calm the mind and soothe the soul
- Relaxation and Inner body awareness
- Loving and nurturing yourself including innerchild healing.
- Energy Techniques to release pain and blockage in the body
- Emotional healing to assist you to accept and allow the flow of emotional energy for increased health and happiness
- Reprogramming your system for health and happiness
As well as being a supportive space to work through any current issues or life challenge
